
First Prize Winner of an International Conducting Competition in Mexico, Antonia Joy Wilson is a professional conductor of international acclaim. As Music Director of over ten American orchestras, Maestra Wilson has performed at Carnegie Hall and is a guest conductor worldwide. Dr. Wilson has extensive experience with classical, pops, choral, opera, gospel, dance, ballet, mime, jazz, country, storytelling, multimedia and multiple arts performance repertoire. Gifted as both a symphonic and choral conductor, Dr. Wilson created Le Festivale Orchestra & Chorus with musicians from 15 orchestras / 35 choruses in the Colorado region performing at Denver Center for the Performing Arts.
As Artistic Director of a Global Arts Center & Multimedia Symphony in XR: VR/AR/MR Extended/Virtual/Augmented/Mixed Reality Visual Worlds in development, Antonia thrives on entrepreneurial enterprise. She is creating her vision of “Arts Access for All” through live performance collaborations.

Maestra Wilson conducted Shen Yun Performing Arts: South American International Tour with 122 performances. Dr. Wilson created sold-out collaborations as Midland Symphony Orchestra: Artistic Director & Conductor at Midland Center for the Arts.
Born in England of American parents, Antonia studied the violin at an early age. After guest conducting Colorado Symphony at the age of twenty-one, Antonia was then appointed as Conducting Assistant with Saint Louis Symphony at age twenty-three. After this, Antonia did her Doctoral Graduate Studies at Yale University: School of Music.
After receiving two European prizes, Maestra Wilson became Bulgarian National Radio Symphony: Resident Principal Guest Conductor with recordings, concerts, operas and tours throughout Europe. Dr. Wilson is featured on the cover and has her own chapter inside the German book Women Conductors of the 20th Century by Elke Mascha Blankenburg. Since her debut as the youngest woman to conduct a major American orchestra, Maestra Wilson has gone on to an extensive global performance career in North / South America, Europe, Africa, and Asia.
